1. What can you produce?

We produce different kinds of knitted fashion garments,including Ladies bra & brief, Men’s Underwear, Babywear, Pajamas&Sleepwear, Swimwear&Beachwear, T-shirt...

2. Can you develop the new samples based on my design artworks?

We have a sample house with many talented designers and masters; they will study your designs or requirements carefully, then develop the samples accordingly. We develop hundreds of new samples for different clients every year. Almost of them have been brought to life after mass production!

3. Can you provide some samples for our selection?

Our designers develop a bunch of new design styles for you selection every season, you are welcome to select our samples for mass production and add them to your own brand underwear line. Please visit our www.boynee.com and www.boyneeunderwear.com. 

4. We are a new starter of this filed, can you help to establish my own brand line ?

We have helped a lot of starter companies to establish their own brand product line successfully. Our professional service and 20 years customize & exportation experience will resolve the difficulties you have right now, also figure out the possible problems you might going to encounter with in the future.

5. Do you have any stock garments or accessories that available to purchase?

Sorry , we produce every piece of garments based on the strict requirement of different clients , and ship to them with guaranteed quantity and quality. We are not allowed to copy any of their designs or sell their brand garments to you without their permission!

6. What is the sample cost and lead time?

We would charge a reasonable sample fee to encourage the first time cooperation.

cost to develop a new sample = USD50-200 each style

Cost of our samples = Unit cost X 3

It will be refunded after the bulk order confirmed. Furthermore, we will afford all the new sample cost and freight after we establish the business relationship successfully.

It will take approximate 7-10 days to complete the development of a new sample.

7. What is the minimum order quantity?

For normal fabric, the MOQ is 500-3000 units of each style color while the fabric is in plain color, and 500-5000 units of each style and per print while the fabric request print. The exact quantity would depends on style, color and print tech. Pls contact our salesman and consult the exact min of your styles.

8. How to get a quotation?

Please provide below information as necessary:

•         Design artwork spec / original sample

•         Estimated order quantity

•         Packaging details

•         Measurement chart

9. What is the lead time for mass production?

Once the pre-production samples have been approved and bulk order has been confirmed. We will start the mass production. It may take about 25-40 days to prepare the bulk fabrics and accessories, the cutting/sewing/packing work will take 10-20 days.

So totally, it may take 35-60 days to complete the mass production.

10. What is your payment term?

T/T 30% as deposit, the balance 70% paid before shipment.

We are open to other payment terms, please consult it with our merchandise.

T/T, Bank transfer, West Union, L/C is also accepted.

11. How to control the quality?

QC process in every step of the production:

Place material order → pre-production inspection after the raw materials arrived in house → cutting check → sewing check→ in-line inspection every day → after production inspection → final inspection after packing → sampling inspection by production manager → shipment.

We have a professional QC team with 20 experienced masters, they inspect from the raw materials, to in-line inspection of fabric cutting, sewing, packing. All the QC staff must submit a very detailed daily quality report and progress report to ensure we could sort out all the problems and resolve them on time. After the sewing work completed, our QC team will do an over-all inspection piece by piece before packing. The workshop must re-work on the defective garments. After that, our production manager will do a final sampling inspection before shipment.

We pursue each garment that deliver to the client is perfect.

12. How to guarantee the delivery?

After we receive an order and confirmed the delivery with client, we will work out a strict and feasible production plan from prepare the materials , to cutting , molding , sewing , packing …to delivery. The workshop will update and make progress report everyday. We have established a very good relationship with our suppliers after so many years cooperation. Our merchandiser will follow up the productions and keep the clients posted on every steps.
